This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration, through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from ACYBA.

Payment plans available
ACYBA offers a payment plan for registration fees. Fees are divided into 2 installments for Community or 3 installments for Travel. The first installment is deducted on the day you register, the second payment deducted after evaluations are completed in late February, and the final payment deducted in early April.
Please note: the 2nd & 3rd payments are automatically deducted from the same account that you used to pay for the 1st installment.
As the season for 15U, 16U & 19U begins later, their installment dates have been adjusted accordingly.
All requests for refunds must be made in writing and directed to the Registrar. All refunds will be assessed a $20.00 processing fee, plus credit card fees. No refunds will be given once teams have been announced.
Refund requests for season ending injuries may be allowed. In order to evaluate the request for a partial refund for injuries, the injury must be reported to the Registrar in writing indicating the extent of the players's injury and that the player will not be able to participate for the remainder of the season. Contacting your player's coach will not be accepted as suitable notification.
We are changing our evaluation process for the 2023 season. Hamline University will conduct all player evaluations for ACYBA. Evaluations will take place on Saturday 2/25/23 between the hours of 9a - 5p. 13U players will be evaluated in the morning and 14U/15U players in the afternoon. All traveling and community players will be evaluated together on this date. Make up dates/time are as follows: Saturday 2/25/23 at 5:30p and Tuesday February 28th at 8:15pm. All evaluations will take place at Hamline University's Walker Fieldhouse. Details and player times will be sent out closer to the evaluation date. We will also send out more information to parents about how evaluations will be conducted and our team formation policy.
Each family will be required to volunteer for two DIBS shifts during the 2023 season.
A goal of ACYBA is to keep costs to families as low as possible. We want all players to have the opportunity to play summer baseball. To offset costs for uniforms, baseballs, field use, etc, ACYBA hosts tournaments, which generate revenue. To successfully host these tournaments, your help is needed to prep fields between games.
In 2022, we will host the following tournaments:
-15U AA/AAA Pitch to Pitch date TBD
-14/15A Mid Summer Classic date TBD
-14/15U State Rec. Championship late July
Via SportsEngine, $ .01 will be deducted from your credit card upon registration.
$49.99 will be deducted from your credit card on August 15, 2023, if someone in your family does not volunteer for 2 DIBS shifts. (If you have more than one player, only one deposit per family is needed.)
If you complete your volunteer hours, your $50 DIBS payment will be cancelled.
If you know you will not be completing the DIBS shifts, your DIBS payment will be used to hire someone (likely ACYBA players) to complete the field preparation work. Please email the ACYBA volunteer coordinator: Dale Bjerke email@example.com
